Eric Gorka is the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Partner at Tatonka Capital Corporation, a role he has held since 2002. With over 30 years of experience, Eric is a creative executive specializing in commercial and municipal lending, with experience in turnarounds, startups, and receiverships. His expertise in these areas has established him as a leader who drives substantial growth in challenging environments.

Managing Director
Charlie Brown is a veteran financial-services executive with 20+ years of CEO-level leadership in complex, regulated environments. A two-time bank founder and turnaround CEO, he has led acquisitions, recapitalizations, and high-growth strategies that increased enterprise value. As Managing Director at Tatonka Capital, he brings disciplined due diligence, stakeholder alignment, and calm execution to charter school facilities projects.
Maggie Regalia, CPA, is Director of Finance for Tatonka Education Services and Tatonka Capital, bringing nearly 20 years across public accounting, corporate finance, nonprofits, and government. She leads end-to-end charter-school financial services, ensuring GASB, state, and grant compliance, building multi-year budgets, and strengthening transparency. Maggie also provides financial oversight for major facilities projects.

Kathy Mecom is Project Manager and Executive Assistant for Tatonka Capital and Tatonka Education Services, coordinating complex charter-school facility and financing projects. She manages stakeholders, schedules, construction draws, and budget tracking with calm precision. With eight years in school administration plus strong communications and design expertise, she translates project needs into clear action.
